When securing your vehicles for any special occasion, our Accounts Team will send the client an invoice for tax purposes. To secure the booking the following steps must be taken:
A 50% deposit is required on all bookings where the Booking Date is over 7 days away. The 50% deposit is calculated from the total sale price (Car Hire + GST)
If the Booking Date is within 7 days of the invoice date then payment is required in full to secure the booking details.
Payment can be made via Afterpay, Square, paypal, over the phone or BSB Transfer
Once payment is received a team member from hire chauffeurs will secure all the booking details exclusively to your booking. They will also be in contact with you to inform you that we have secured these details.
The remaining 50% of the invoice price must be paid within 1 days of the Booking Date.
